Grape varieties: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Winemaking: Pre-fermentation maceration in cold at 8ºC, then traditional fermentation process using French wood tanks of 15,000 lt. capacity and 100% de-stemmed grape. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 27 to 29°C during 20 days. After a run-off wine is left for decanting until barrels are filled.
Barrel aging: 24 months of barrel ageing. Wine is racked every 3 months.
Bottling aging: Wine remains a minimum of 36 months aging in bottles before being marketed. They are kept lying down on metallic racks in an isolated facility where temperature never exceeds 18 °C.
Barrel type: 100% French oak
Alcohol content: 14% - 14,5% Vol.
Colour: Cardinal mahogany colour with garnet rim.
Aroma: Expressive and complex. Big range of aromas that recall us to cocoa, tobacco, jam, mineral notes with smoky notes.
Mouth: Velvet, well-balanced, highly complex and with a long finish.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C
