Pretty Box provides you with high-quality products and after-sales services, and also provides "14-day money-back shopping guarantee" for each item. For defective and incorrect products, you can submit relevant information and photos to CS within 14 days after delivery of the Pretty Box. You would need to return the goods with original packing, and we will arrange a full refund or exchange.
I found that the information was wrong. Can the order information be changed?
Please ensure that the discount code/recipient/phone/address/product and other information entered in the order are correct before making a transaction. Once the order transaction is completed, all orders cannot be changed

Under what circumstances can I apply for return/exchange and refund?
The effective processing period for returns/exchanges and refunds is within 14 days from the date of receipt of each item (calculated from the shipment date in the "Item has been shipped" email). Before returning the goods, please contact us CS to inquire about the return/exchange procedure, and then send back the goods that need to be returned.

- Opened or damaged goods
- Any special offers, promotional products, clearance products with expiry dates.
- Please indicate on the product description page that products that are not returnable or exchangeable will be accepted.
- Items were shipped more than 14 days ago.
This return/exchange policy does not apply to items that have been declared non-exchangeable or non-returnable. To return an item, please contact CS and provide your order number and the item. Returned items must meet the above requirements. Due to personal hygiene issues, all anti-epidemic supplies and gifts are non-refundable. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and account. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returning items. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item package must be returned as a complete set.
Under what circumstances can I apply for a refund?
Refunds are only available if the item is out of stock.
If an item is out of stock after applying for a return/exchange, Pretty Box will start processing the relevant refund procedures. The money will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method (Paypal) within a few business days. If you haven't received your refund yet, please recheck your bank account first. You may then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to be officially issued.
What if I'm not satisfied with the product I purchased or change my mind?
We do not accept exchanges/refunds/returns if you purchase incorrectly or change your mind after receiving the item.
If I forget to enter the discount code, can I cancel the order/refund?
