The 27 degree bottom angle gives you the ultimate cup of coffee.
The Flower Dripper DEEP27 brings together CAFEC's passion and unique extraction theory. This
is a flower dripper for single cup brewing, with the bottom angle of the dripper narrowed to the limit of 27 degrees.
No need to control the extraction anymore.
Just keep pouring water into the center.
You can enjoy richer, tastier, and sweeter coffee, with the original characteristics of the beans brought out.
Why 27 degrees?
1. A sufficient filtration layer can be formed even with just one cup of coffee powder.
2. The speed at which hot water is poured from above is the same as the speed at which the coffee liquid is extracted from below, which is CAFEC's ideal extraction speed.
After pursuing the best angle for a dripper that could achieve these ideals, we arrived at the answer of 27 degrees!
A dripper structure with a particular attention to detail
1. Exquisite rib height
By subtly changing the height of the ribs toward the extraction hole, it is designed to maintain the air layer between the paper and the dripper even at a narrow angle. You can extract smoothly until the end!
2. Best extraction hole size
We also paid attention to the size of the extraction hole so that the tip of the paper can protrude from the dripper to the necessary length. This is the best size that we arrived at after repeated prototypes so that the extraction speed of the coffee paper filter can be maintained until the end.
3. Shape that allows you to drip directly into a coffee cup
By adding a dome-shaped curve to the base of the dripper, we have devised a way to move the distance between the dripper and the cup a little, and designed it so that the tip of the paper is less likely to get soaked in the coffee dripped into the cup!
The Flower Dripper DEEP27 is made of Tritan resin.
Eastman Tritan™ copolyester is a resin with outstanding toughness, chemical resistance, heat resistance, and
high transparency. It does not contain BPA (bisphenol A) and is highly safe, so it
is also used in baby products and medical products.
